We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with expertise in backend development and API integration to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining existing systems while contributing to new development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and ASP.NET, with additional experience in Azure and API technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# and ASP.NET technologies.

• Build and integrate APIs to enhance system functionality and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of development projects.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems, ensuring optimal operation.

• Contribute to new development initiatives, working on .NET Core projects as required.

• Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and agile project management.

• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Explore and implement Azure functions to optimize cloud-based solutions.

• Maintain and update content management systems as necessary.

• Participate in Agile Scrum processes to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.

• Proficiency in C# programming and the .NET Framework.

• Hands-on experience with API development and integration.

• Knowledge of Azure functions and cloud-based solutions.

• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and project management.

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL for database management.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
