About Us: Always Best Care Senior Services is dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care for seniors. Position Overview: As a Care Professional, you will provide vital in-home personal care services to seniors in the Nashville/Brentwood/Franklin Areas. Your role will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve. Primary Responsibilities: * Assist seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship. * Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members. * Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. * Document services provided and any changes in clients' conditions. * Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
