    Duties Description The day to day will vary but some of the primary responsibilities include: Resolving and managing constituent issues, respond to casework correspondence; Interact with government agencies, organizations and members of the community; Enter constituents into a database; maintain up-to-date files on issues; Assist with office & community events.

     

    Minimum Qualifications College degree preferred. Candidate should have experience in public service, community organizing, case management or nonprofit work. Proficient computer skills necessary and the ability to write correspondence and be comfortable speaking to a group.
