    Currently, we are seeking aSystems Engineer III (Splunk)to join our Team!

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Manage and support existing Splunk and equivalent hardware infrastructure

    + Provide onboarding, configuration, and optimization of Splunk instances

    + Provide expertise in the deployment, configuration, and operations of Splunk instances

    + Troubleshoot and debug issues as they occur within Splunk deployments

    + Assist with the development of advanced reports and dashboards to meet the requirements of the organization

    + Provide support during network inquiries and incident response reporting

    Must Have:

    + Security + certification

    + Splunk architecture, deployment, and clustering

    + Data onboarding (forwarders, heavy forwarders, HEC)

    + Search Processing Language (SPL) and dashboard development

    + Knowledge of security and infrastructure data sources (SysLog, Windows Event Logs, NetFlows)

    + Alerting, reporting, and playbook integration

    + Experience with Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) or Enterprise Security (ES) is a plus

    + TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION

    Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required

    + Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

    + Twenty (20) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is require

    + TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
