    Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist (Omaha, NE)

We are a fast-growing business with 13 locations in 4 states that prioritizes teaching in-house and promoting from within. We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our finance team! Responsibilities:

    + Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

    + Follow up on outstanding receivables and manage collections

    + Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

    + Support month-end closing activities

    + Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing issues or queries

    Qualifications:

    + Experience in accounts payable and receivable (preferred)

    + Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

    + Proficiency in excel preferred

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Compensation: $18 - $20 Hourly
