Shift: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $26.11/hr

Job Summary: The Preventative Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production equipment and plant systems through routine and preventative maintenance procedures. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including production equipment and plant utilities.

* Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control circuits, and equipment, including three-phase motors and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

* Calibrate and maintain pneumatic systems and other mechanical components to ensure peak performance.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled procedures.

* Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes.

* Adhere to safety standards, including NFPA 70E, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.

* Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.

* Solid understanding of relay logic, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.

* Familiarity with NFPA 70E standards and ability to apply them in the workplace.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
