Adecco is excited to assist one of our top clients in their search for a Claims Examiner (Workers' Compensation) in Melville, NY!

Position Details:
**Hourly Rate:** $45.00
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
**Type:** Hybrid (Melville, NY)
Key Responsibilities:
+ Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due and manage high-exposure/litigation claims.
+ Develop and execute strategic action plans for claims resolution; manage litigation, vendor referrals, and cost containment.
+ Accurately calculate reserves and ensure timely, accurate claim payments and state filings.
+ Handle subrogation opportunities and manage claim recoveries while maintaining client communication and professional documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
+ At least 2–3 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management (5+ preferred).
+ Active New York State Claims Adjuster License is required.
+ Strong knowledge of workers' comp laws, litigation processes, medical management practices, and claim recovery options.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

**Pay Details:** $45.00 per hour
