    As a Talent Development Associate, you will advise, monitor, and track client participation– having a strong attention-to-detail helps! This job involves counseling and assisting clients with job search strategies, personal career advisement and training needs. Part of your daily duties will include the simple task of answering phones and office correspondence. You may also do some administrative work as needed or other projects assigned by your supervisor.

     

    A big part of this role involves maintaining accurate and complete records using software. To succeed, you will want to be comfortable sitting at a workstation for extended periods of time and possess previous MS Office experience.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or experience in similar role

    • Previous experience with career counseling, workforce development or human services is preferred.

    • Skill in MS Office

    • Bilingual Spanish or bilingual Arabic skills preferred but not required

    **Pay Details:** $22.01 per hour
