    iWarehouse Coordinator (Kansas City, MO)

     

    The iWarehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and internal teams by managing the full lifecycle of iWarehouse product group orders. This position is responsible for processing product orders, overseeing iWarehouse contracts, and maintaining accurate asset records. Additionally, the iWarehouse Administrator facilitates daily order management, provides after-sale support, and ensures timely invoice processing and customer billing. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, this role helps drive efficiency and customer satisfaction across our iWarehouse solutions.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Manages iWarehouse Capital Gateway Renewal, Auto Activation reports and communicates with Raymond on a weekly basis.

    * Creates and issues POs to Raymond for gateway renewals.

    * Maintains Admin section of the iWarehouse Project Tracker Report and review weekly.

    * Prepares iWarehouse order documentation and processes orders in Irium (ERP) and invoices all iWarehouse project upon completion.

    * Effectively process receipts and invoices iWarehouse Telematic, LMS, RTLS, and VR projects.

    * Supports Project Specialists, Core/National Sales Teams, and Customers as required.

    * Supports Accounting with iWarehouse account reconciliation as required.

    * Represents Associated professionally in internal and external business meetings.

    * Actively participates in team activities that promote a sense of “esprit de corps”.

    * Plans, organizes, and executes iWarehouse order entry, contract management, and invoicing in a timely manner.

    * Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - 3-5 years of sales administration experience
