Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

The Construction Quality Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program. This role ensures that the quality control performance aligns with contract requirements.

Responsibilities

+ Plan and coordinate project-specific quality control programs.

+ Implement quality control measures according to contract requirements.

+ Execute inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.

+ Maintain documentation of quality control activities.

+ Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues.

Essential Skills

+ Five or more years of combined experience in the construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.

+ Two years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.

+ Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate.

+ Proficiency in software such as Procore, Autodesk Build, and RMS/QCS.

+ Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Specialty inspection training and licenses/certifications.

+ LEED AP, AP+ or Green Associate (GA) Certificate.

+ RMS/QCS training preferred (training available).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
