Join our dynamic Confirmations team as a Trading Risk Analyst! You'll leverage quantitative methods to enhance risk management and ensure legal confirmation of transactions. This role involves daily coordination with the front office, engaging with external counterparties, and reviewing legal documents. You'll play a crucial part in mitigating risks across commodity groups.
Responsibilities
+ Facilitate creation and amendments for complex deals.
+ Ensure timely and accurate capture of transactions in Risk systems.
+ Confirm transactions and resolve disputes with external counterparties.
+ Conduct comprehensive reviews of ISDAs, EEIs, and other legal documents.
+ Enhance reporting infrastructure for informed decision-making.
+ Collaborate with various departments to evaluate risks and integrate new counterparties.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proven derivative and legal contract experience; 5+ years in confirmations management, preferably in commodities.
+ Strong knowledge of ISDAs, EEIs, CSA agreements, physical trading, and derivatives.
+ Effective collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Technical proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerBI; Python and Endure (or other ETRM) are a plus.
+ Degree in business or legal discipline.
+ Collegiality, interpersonal skills, disciplined risk management, and passion for risk management.
Work Environment
Onsite in Juno Beach, Monday-Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
