+ Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Program Planning or a Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
+ Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
+ Ability to work on site in Clearfield, UT daily.
+ Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
+ Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.
+ Excel Macro/VBA Skills.
+ Experience in Deltek Cobra.
+ Experience in Deltek Acumen Risk.
Job Description
The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst prepares, develops, and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. The role ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups, including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. The analyst tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
+ Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
+ Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
+ Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
+ Adhere to and guide the team through compliance with all Earned Value Reporting metrics such as the person and DECM metrics.
+ Perform and/or assist in schedule performance analyses and visibility reporting; assist in the preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR.
+ Facilitate and support program monthly rhythm process utilizing Microsoft Project and Project Server, SAP/S4, wInsight, Milestone Professional, Tableau/PowerBI, and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
Work Environment
Onsite in Clearfield. 9x80 shift (every other Friday off work) 7:30am to 5:30pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
