Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for performing order entry, taking in orders, confirming with customers, resolving errors and issues, notifying accounts receivable of review requirements, entering tracking and freight information, entering fees, and releasing orders. You will also enter and maintain customer information, process returns, provide copies to customers, maintain return files, investigate and resolve shortages and incorrect shipments, and coordinate and communicate with production on special jobs. Additionally, you will answer phone calls and distribute them where applicable, maintain and purge files, maintain international customer documentation, take and triage incoming calls, provide administrative support for the sales area, prepare quotes for customers as a backup to the sales team, and serve as a member of the sales team, supporting coworkers and offering ideas for improvement.
Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
