    Job Title: Assembly Technician - Weekly Pay

    Job Description

    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, assembling, repairing, testing, and packaging final and sub-assemblies, specifically spray handles and nozzles. The role requires maintaining high standards of work quality and output across all workstations and assembly lines.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up, assemble, repair, test, and package final and sub-assemblies.

    + Maintain high work quality and output at all workstations and assembly lines.

    + Stand, walk, or sit for up to eight hours during an eight-hour workday.

    + Occasionally stoop, bend, lift, and load up to 40 pounds.

    + Perform frequent, repetitive elbow movements.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in assembly and production line tasks.

    + Experience in warehouse operations.

    + Ability to solder and perform assembly production work.

    + Capability to stand for up to 8 hours.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in assembly or production environments is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is clean and organized with approximately 100 employees in the building. Each employee has their own workstation. Closed-toe shoes are required. The work hours are from 7 AM to 3 PM. The building is equipped with heating and cooling systems to ensure a comfortable working environment.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
