**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using hand and power tools to install equipment into trailers, RVs, and large vehicles. This role involves installing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical assemblies, with a focus on mechanical tasks (75% mechanical vs 25% electrical).

Key Responsibilities:

+ Utilize hand and power tools to install equipment into trailers, RVs, and large vehicles.

+ Install and troubleshoot mechanical assemblies, ensuring proper functionality and safety.

+ Perform electrical assembly tasks, including wiring and connecting components.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble products.

+ Conduct quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet company standards and specifications.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as a Mechanical Assembler or similar role.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

+ Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly processes.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Shift: First shift, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (with Friday overtime)

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on relevant experience
