Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with experience in operating a variety of CNC machines, including turning lathes, mills, and twin turrets up to 4-axis. The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints to verify part specifications and perform quality inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

+ Operate CNC machines such as turning lathes, mills, and twin turrets up to 4-axis

+ Read blueprints to verify part specifications

+ Complete quality inspections utilizing tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM

+ Set up CNC machines (preferred)

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ 3+ years of CNC Machine Operation experience

+ Experience performing quality checks using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with CNC Machine setup is a major plus

Work Environment

The facility includes both machining and plating operations. The machine shop is air-conditioned, although you may be required to work outside at times. The entire plant operates on the 1st shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
