    1st and 2nd shift available $18-$19+ an hr, WEEKLY PAY

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will use hand tools and a microscope to assemble various medical devices. The position involves working in a clean room environment, performing intricate tasks with small components, and being cross-trained at different stations.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.

    + Pick up and learn potentially complex processes quickly.

    + Work in a clean room environment with full clean room attire.

    + Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.

    + Use blades, cutters, and other tools as required.

    + Cross-train at different assembly stations.

    Essential Skills

    + Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

    + Reading and writing comprehension.

    + Reliable transportation.

    + Great hand dexterity.

    + Understanding of measurements with rulers and calipers.

    + Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.

    + Great organizational skills.

    + Ability to work overtime.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Microscope experience.

    + Cleanroom or assembly experience.

    + 6 months+ of experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing/assembly preferred, but open to entry level.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a long term Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
