• Technical Scrum Lead - Marketing Technology

    Vanguard (Malvern, PA)


    Responsibilities:

    + Provide insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related product or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals.

    + Facilitate planning, team learning, and assist adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.

    + Encourage a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate t technical capabilities.

    + Apply methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development.

    + Work with product owners and management to define and prioritize technology-related outcomes. Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.

    + Ensure the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase effectiveness of technology-related product development or architecture.

    + Facilitate Scrum/Kanban Events and lead in Agile best practices.

    + Identify and may remove roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture.

    Qualifications:

    + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Computer Science or Engineering experience preferred.

    + Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred. Financial Services and technical experience preferred.

    + Scrum/Agile Certification strongly preferred.

    + Agile Acumen- Best practices, deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, DevOp

    + Agile Project Management Background

    + Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps

    + Strong communication skills

    + Ability to coach and influence product teams and organization, in order to build healthy habits within the organization

    + Driver of change in a complex organization
