Job Title: Swiss Lathe Setup Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Swiss Lathe Setup Operator to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and set up Swiss Lathe machines, ensuring that all operations meet standard labor and quality requirements (ISO9001/AS9100). The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret blueprints (GD&T), effectively communicate with planners and leadership, and inspect completed parts for accuracy and flaws.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and set up Swiss Lathe machines.

+ Effectively communicate and take direction from planners and leadership.

+ Interpret blueprints (GD&T).

+ Perform work to meet standard labor and quality requirements (ISO9001/AS9100).

+ Operate hand and power tools for secondary operations.

+ Inspect completed parts to ensure accuracy to print requirements.

+ Visually and physically inspect products for accuracy and flaws.

Essential Skills

+ 1-2 years of Swiss operating experience.

+ 1+ years of blueprint reading experience.

+ 1+ years of experience in Swiss CNC setup and programming (preferred but not required).

+ Ability to read blueprints and use micrometers and calipers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $68640.00/yr.
