Shifts
+ 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30pm (Monday thru Fridays) or Tuesday to Saturday
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
+ Provide delivery of contracted services at Boeing.
+ Produce Premask, Stencil, Wetpen and Scribe ship sets per paint hanger schedule.
+ Produce High Accuracy Plots per distributed requests.
+ Deploy service solutions that meet agreed upon Standards of Performance (SOP) and Statements of Work (SOW).
+ Provide requested data within the timeframes outlined in the contract.
+ Provide requested data within the allowable error rates outlined in the contract.
+ Achieve business objectives (PEP), identify and resolve shortfalls and issues.

+ Maintain required learning deployed by Boeing.

+ Customer satisfaction surveys and feedback.
+ Delivery against Service Level Agreements.
+ Delivery against Xerox Corporate Goals and Objectives.
