Hiring Range $31.39 - $41.99

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

+ Ensures quality in imaging, patient care and workflow. Monitors patient documentation for timely completion accuracy.

+ Oversees quality control testing, equipment maintenance and trouble shooting.

+ Serves as a resource to department staff as well as other members of the team as needed.

+ Performs staff orientation, training, and coaching. Provides input to staff performance evaluations.

+ Is an essential member of the high reliability team. Oversees appropriateness and accuracy in patient care.

+ Positions patient and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately

+ Ensures all documentation complies with regulatory agency standards.

+ Assists in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly department to include procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms, and any other areas in department.

Required Credential(s):

+ BLS Provider obtained within 6 months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

+ Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

+ Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology.

Experience:

+ Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
