+ Salary: $130,419-163,024 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities :
+ Develop the PTP process vision, strategy, and objectives for an end-to-end process strategy
+ Enhance the processes in support of delivering business objectives for the company
+ Provide strategic and operational direction to drive process efficiency, standardization, and effectiveness across an end-to-end process and for all functional departments to deliver sustained value to internal customers, vendors, and the company
+ Lead the advancement of process efficiencies across the end-to-end PTP value chain i.e., vendor master data, vendor and contract management processing, purchase order processing, invoicing, and payment processing
+ Lead the company to a “capability-driven” model that strategizes a roadmap and prioritizes transformation, innovation, best practices, value-driven solutions, and thought leadership
+ Create annual strategic plans, value generation targets and direction for identifying and executing process improvement opportunities across the value chain
+ Travel up to 10% of the time
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ B a chelor's D egree with 8 plus years of re lated experience and 4 plus years of people leadership experience or H igh S chool Diploma/G eneral E ducation D iploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 pl us years of people leadership
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master’s D egree
