As a Strategy & Planning Advisor - Portfolio Strategy and Analytics within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

As a member of the Portfolio Strategy team within Realty Services Corporate Workplace, you would be key in executing the data-fueled strategic management of our corporate real estate portfolio. You would also work closely with partners and businesses across the enterprise to manage portfolio allocations, data integrity, and process collaboration.

We are seeking an individual with the curiosity to explore and conceptualize approaches, technical ability to transform data (largely via Tableau and Tableau Prep) to achieve a broad range of visualizations, aptitude for extracting strategic insights, and executive communication skills to effectively drive action.

Job Description

+ Supports strategic initiatives to understand, analyze, recommend and deliver strategy and planning solutions.

+ Supports team in providing expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives.

+ Executes advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for strategic initiatives. Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives.

+ Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Develops and delivers structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company.

+ Collaborates with the line of business to implement recommended strategic solutions.
