What You'll be Doing:
The **Accounts Payable & Receivable Associate** , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will support basic transaction processing and record-keeping functions, contributing to the smooth financial exchanges between our organization and its partners. Your diligent work helps maintain financial integrity and supports broader business objectives.
**Hours:** 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (Shift includes an hour-long lunch break and two 15-minute breaks but there is flexibility if needed)
Key Tasks:
+ Process vendor invoices for payment.
+ Record customer payments accurately.
+ Assist in maintaining AP/AR ledgers.
+ Perform account reconciliations.
+ Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices.
+ Prepare daily deposit records and bank deposits.
+ Assist in preparing basic financial statements and reports.
+ Participate in regular audits of financial transactions.
+ Respond to routine inquiries from vendors and customers.
+ Ensure compliance with transaction entry verification procedures.
You're a Great Fit if You** **Have/Can:
+ Transaction Processing: Basic knowledge of entering and processing transactions.
+ Data Entry: Accuracy in inputting financial data.
+ Bookkeeping: Basic understanding of maintaining ledger accounts.
+ Reconciliation: Ability to assist in reconciling accounts.
+ Communication: Clear and professional interaction with vendors and customers.
+ Time Management: Efficient in managing routine financial tasks.
+ Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in transaction records.
+ System Navigation: Familiarity with basic financial software and record-keeping systems.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $39,050 - $53,350
