    We are in need of a Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual assessments and in-home assessments for patients in North Philadelphia, PA. Please see details below:

    Details:

    + Setting: Hybrid/Remote setting for patients with CKD or ESRD

    + Schedule: M-F, 8am-5:00pm, No Weekends/No Call

    + Start: ASAP

    Required:

    + Active PA state license

    + Certifications: BC and DEA

    + Open to candidates with 2 or more years of direct patient care experience

    Compensation:

    + Full-time, W2 permanent position

    + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) if eligible

    + 100% malpractice insurance covered
