Salary: $15 / Hour

Position Details:

+ Location: San Dieguito, Oceanside, Escondido, and Carlsbad school districts

+ Schedule: On-call and full-time available

+ Hours: Roughly 6-30 hours per week

+ Pay: $18-21 hourly for school aides and $23-27 for Behavior Technicians.

+ Requirement(s:) ABA Therapy Experience for Behavior Technicians

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational andbehavioral services with children and adults with special needs andcollaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists toachieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School diploma or equivalent required

+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
