    Salary: $2800 / Week

     

    A well-respected Healthcare Company has full-time needs for a Nurse Practitioner in the East Stroudsburg, PA area treating patients with polychronic conditions! Please see the details below:

    Position:

    + Location(s): East Stroudsburg, PA area

    + Specialty: NP treating patients with polychronic conditions

    + Support: Will be supported by team of RNs and SWs

    + Schedule: M-F 8a – 5p; Must be willing to go into patients homes at least 3 days per week, with the rest of the days being remote

    + Position type: A unique option of either choosing either a 6 months Locums contract, 6 months Locums contract to Permanent, or Permanent position!

    + EMR: Athena

    Requirements:

    + 2 or more years of direct patient care (either as RN or NP but prefer NP)

    + FNP, AGNP, or ACAGNP required

    + Board Certified ANCC or AANP

    + Clean and active PA state NP license

    + DEA license

    + BLS

    Compensation:
