+ Location: Sarasota/North Venice, FL

+ Specialty: Home Health NP treating patients with polychronic conditions

+ Volume: 3+ patient visits daily

+ Schedule: M-F 8a - 5p

+ Permanent Position

+ EMR: Athena

Requirements:

+ 2 years experience treating patients with polychronic conditions

+ Clean and active FL state NP license

+ DEA license

+ BLS
