• EKG / ECG Technician

    Amergis (Hyannis, MA)


    Salary: $1340 / Week

     

    The EKG/ECG Technician operates electrocardiograph equipmentto record the electromotive variations in heart muscle actions; assists in thecoding, filing, and distribution of EKG data. Performs as a member of the cardiovascular team, obtaining ECG recordsof events; assists in emergency situations by initiating and/or assisting inemergency procedures prescribed by facility policies.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + One (1) year of experience as an EKG Technician preferred

    + Appropriate Licensure or Certification; if required by stateregulations or contract specifications

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age Compliance & EthicsExpectations

    + 11a-11p, every otherweekend/holiday
