Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our school health team in Long Beach. The LVN will provide essential health services to students, ensuring their well-being and supporting their educational experience.

Responsibilities:

+ Administer first aid and emergency care to students and staff.

+ Conduct health screenings and assessments.

+ Assist with medication administration and management.

+ Maintain accurate health records and documentation.

+ Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to address student health needs.

+ Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community.

Qualifications:

+ Valid California LVN license.

+ CPR and First Aid certification.

+ Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

+ 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling within school hours.
