    Salary: $1125 / Week

     

    Shifts Open: 1st, 2nd and 3rd

     

    Pay: $30-$32/hr

     

    Acute Residential Counselor Floater - Developmental Services: Specialized Care

     

    The residential programs are modeled off a home setting serving clients whose needs are complex and range in intensity.

    Responsibilities:

    + Initiate constructive activities that address goals on a client's Individual Support Agreement (treatment plan)

    + Implement the support and crisis plans (utilizing Therapeutic Options training), in collaboration with the greater treatment team.

    + Facilitate community inclusion, daily living, and skill acquisition

    + Utilization of sound judgement and maintenance of clam demeanor during crisis

    + Provide needed behavioral and/or mental health support

    + Provide needed personal and/or medical care

    Requirements:

    + Three to four years of experience in a human services or combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skill has been acquired

    + High school degree or equivalent

    + Routine lifting

    + Valid driver's license, and use of a personal vehicle

    + Ability to work either Saturday or Sunday

    + Knowledge of medical equipment

    + Committed to trauma-informed approach

    + Person-centered

    + Adhere to safety protocols
