    Are you passionate about makinga difference in the lives of students? Amergis Healthcare is looking fordedicated Behavior Technicians and Classroom Aides to join our team in theschool setting. You'll work 1:1 or in small groups within the classroom, collaboratingwith school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learningand behavioral goals.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    + Follow instructions from BCBA, teachers, and program supervisors

    + Implement behavior management techniques and provide crisis intervention

    + Review and implement behavior intervention plans

    + Assist in facilitating academic instruction and development plans (SLP, OT, PT)

    + Document sessions and collect behavioral and academic data

    + Support students in developing independent daily living skills

    + Assist students across various environments (classroom, playground, lunchroom, etc.)

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    What We'reLooking For:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required

    + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

    + Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Completion of Amergis’ Competency program

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements

    + Strong communication skills and proficiency in English

    + Computer proficiency required

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
