    **SUMMARY OF POSITION** :

     

    Administer accurate ionizing radiation to patients in accordance with prescriptions and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

    + High school degree or equivalent

    + ARRT Certification Radiation Therapy

    + Minimum one (1) year experience post ARRT certification

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

    + Aria 13.6 or greater preferred

    + Varian Equipment including proficiency on TrueBeam preferred

    + CT Simulation experience preferred

    + Brachytherapy experience preferred

    + Minimum one (1) year experience post ARRT certification preferred

    + Bachelor’s degree in an approved program of radiologic technology or health care field preferred
