Special Education Aide

Pay Rate: Up to $20/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Para Educator to join our Special Education team in Beloit for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will support students with special needs, ensuring they receive the best possible educational experience.

Qualifications:

+ Associate’s degree; or pass a formal assessment test (ParaEducator Master Teacher).

+ Eligibility for Wisconsin Special Education Program Aide Certification #883.

+ Ability to lift/move 50 pounds where applicable.

+ Basic information technology and media skills.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment (e.g., standing, bending, kneeling).
