Pricing and Marketing Strategy Regional Manager

What you´ll do

+ Lead ongoing pricing activities and projects across the region and functions (Sales, Strategy, Product Management, Finance).

+ Drive value capture by implementing global/regional price strategy.

+ Execute strategic pricing process(es) and policies globally/regionally.

+ Collaborate with Central Pricing Team to design pricing tools/processes for adaptation across the various business units and lead adoption of tools/processes within the SBU.

+ Provide expertise in price setting for global/regional products and in price execution.

+ Responsible for governance on discounts/rebates and surcharges.

+ Develop internal and external communication related to pricing.

+ Own various pricing analyses and reports that support the region on measuring price impact against guidance/targets.

+ Collect internal and external market insights to feed the market strategy process.

+ Lead the translation of global strategy into regional strategy and drive global roll out for strategic initiatives & launches.

+ Support implementation and follow up of the strategy within the region.

+ Participate in the elaboration of the global market strategy for defined Market segments.

What makes you a good fit

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields.

+ Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Strategy/Consulting, Pricing, Controlling or Finance

+ Well-developed change management skills.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Advanced analytical, conceptual, and structured problem-solving capabilities.

+ Strong strategic and long-term mindset.

+ This is a hybrid role, selected candidate will be expected to work in the Madison Heights office 3 days per week.

The salary for this role is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
