    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This position is based out of Verona, MO and we do not offer relocation at this time.

     

    Will help the Regional Reliability Engineer and Regional Project Manager to setup the CMMS data for the Verona site and implement the ITPM Plan (Inspection, Testing and Preventive Maintenance) for the new Verona Bagger Project that is planned to start in June 2025.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    + Support the implementation of the Reliability Strategy for the Bagger project, including Asset Criticality Assessment, PM Strategy (inspection task list & frequency) and Spare Parts analysis;

    + Input the Reliability Strategy at the site CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System), including Asset Criticality Assessment, PM Strategy (inspection task list & frequency) and Spare Parts building the Asset BOM (Bill of materials);

    + Help to setup the PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedule;

    + Upload the asset technical information at the site CMMS including the asset files / documentation;

    + Organize the Project Documentation package to be handover to the Maintenance team.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    + Must be enrolled in an accredited Engineering curriculum with passing grades in all core subjects and have completed at least the freshmen year
