The successful candidate will be part of a Plant Engineering Team that maintains and operates building infrastructure consisting of a variety of industrial spaces. These include Office Areas, Closed DoD Space, and R&D Specialty Labs. This position will report directly to one of the Merrimack Plant Engineering Supervisors. The selected candidate will work at our Merrimack, NH site, which sits on 180 acres and has approximately 600,000 square feet of office, lab and manufacturing space.

+ Candidate should have experience and be knowledgeable in some or all of the following:

+ Metal framing

+ Carpentry

+ Sheetrock installs and repairs

+ Painting

+ Doors and locks

+ Suspended ceiling installs and repairs

+ Light moving and rigging

+ Snow removal

+ Carpet and vinyl flooring

+ General computer skills

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

+ General grounds maintenance

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ High School Diploma, GED or Trade School diploma and at least 5 years of general maintenance or construction trade experience.

+ Strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment.

+ Candidate would be required to be part of our on-call response rotation

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64723 - $103557

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
