About Us:
ACE Thermal Systems is the combination of two proven leaders in the thermal management and environmental control systems space – Air Comm Corporation and Enviro Systems.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and more. You’ll work closely with HR professionals and leadership, gaining exposure to real-world HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and update employee records in our HR systems.
+ Assist in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, screening resumes, coordinating with candidates).
+ Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
+ Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
+ Assist with HR policy updates, training materials, and compliance documentation.
+ Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):
+ Previous internship or experience in an office setting.
+ Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
