Job Title: Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. This role will be responsible for managing and customizing our Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

+ Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.

+ Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.

+ Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and triggers.

+ Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.

+ Perform data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing, and data de-duplication.

+ Provide end-user support and training for Salesforce users.

+ Monitor and maintain the health of the Salesforce platform, including system performance, security, and data integrity.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

+ Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Qualifications:

+ 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.

+ Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

+ Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

+ Experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs.

+ Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are a plus.

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ solutions, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Boomi.

+ Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

+ Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or others.
