Group Details
Our platform innovation engineering team is searching for a Senior Data Engineer with fundamental knowledge in data pipelines and data design. The role will help our team build services for separating OLTP and OLAP workflows, as well as scaling existing technology. This is an opportunity to help bring new products and/or services to our product lineup.
ICD Technology jobs are fully remote. The ICD Technology hub is located in our Golden, Co office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Golden, CO office is recommended for organizational off-sites.
Job Responsibilities
+ Work with the Engineering Lead and DBA to implement data modeling best practices for both structured and unstructured data
+ Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable data pipelines using modern data tools and platforms.
+ Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and provide timely resolution.

+ Contribute to the evolution of the company’s data platform and architecture.
+ Document data systems and processes to support team knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Qualifications
+ 4+ years of data engineering experience.
+ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
+ Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
+ Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
+ Experience with both OLAP and OLTP frameworks and workloads
+ Hands-on experience with AWS
+ Very clear written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong passion for making products with high quality that delivers a great customer experience
Preferred
+ Redshift experience
+ Executed in a highly effective organization that embraced Agile at every level
+ Clear understanding of event-driven or distributed systems
+ Experience influencing software engineers' and organizational best practices

+ The current pay range for this role is currently $140,000 to $185,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
+ This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program.
+ This role is expected to remain open until 4/14/25.
