Job Responsibilities:

+ Team Management: Oversee and mentor engineering staff, promoting professional growth, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.

+ Project Oversight: Manage engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

+ Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and support to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

+ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and product development, to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business goals.

+ Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency, product quality, and safety.

+ Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of engineering budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

+ Performance Metrics: Monitor team performance and project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to senior management.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

+ 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

+ Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.

+ Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and leading teams.

+ Proficient in engineering software and project management tools.

The salary range for this role is $102,000-$148,000 and will be offered commensurate with qualifications and experience.
