    Description:

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Senior HRIS Security Analyst partners with various levels of HR team members and their customers to analyze the access requirements within the HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors, and designs, tests, and implements efficient and appropriate role-based permissions. This position will ensure compliance and assist in any audit request. This position also supports system upgrades and other technical projects as assigned.

    WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

    + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

    + Technical expertise in SuccessFactors Role Based Permissions (RBPs) in order to design and configure efficient and appropriate user access.

    + Troubleshoot user access issues

    + Determine the RBP impacts with any Functional Enhancement/Change

    + Gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy changes, enhancements and fixes to the SuccessFactors solution.

    + Recommends process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions.

    + Partner with various HR Functions and Business Leads to identify new enhancements, updates or maintenance opportunities.

    + Evaluate SuccessFactors enhancements/fixes that are part of the 1H and 2H upgrades and recommend what to implement and then test accordingly.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    **Education:** Bachelor's degree

    Required Work Experience:

    + 5+ Years Experience in SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions within all modules of SuccessFactors.

    + 5+ Years Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Security is a plus

    + Experience in the configuration and functional support of additional SuccessFactors modules is a plus

    + 5+ Years in Requirements Gathering and Functional Specification Writing

    + 5+ Years in User Acceptance Testing

    + Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

    Required Computer and Software Skills:

    + SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions

    + SAP ECC or S/4HANA Security experience is a plus

    + CPI or Integration Suite experience is a plus

    + Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Testing

    **Travel Requirements:** 10% potential travel

    Additional Requirements:

    + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
