Job Summary

The Senior Conference Services Manager will oversee the planning and execution of meetings and events at DivcoWest. Working a typical schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional nights and weekends as event needs dictate, this role is responsible for driving revenue through the strategic sale of conference space, catering, and related services. The position is eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). This individual will ensure an exceptional client experience from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up, while cultivating long-term relationships and maximizing event success.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Sell and manage conference center space and related services to internal teams and external clients

+ Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships

+ Meet or exceed revenue goals through proactive sales outreach and account management

+ Coordinate all event logistics and ensure seamless service delivery

+ Respond promptly to inquiries and provide tailored service solutions

+ Deliver high-touch support before, during, and after events

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in conference services or event sales (corporate environment preferred)

+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

+ Client-focused with a proactive, professional approach

+ High ethical standards and attention to detail
