    Job Description

    The Manager of Clinical Informatics plays a critical role in managing and supporting our Population Health Program. This position is responsible for the oversight of initiatives aimed at improving population health outcomes, reducing health disparities, and increasing preventive care engagement. By leveraging data-driven insights, the Manager of Clinical Informatics ensures the effective execution of population health strategies, including quality metric improvement initiatives and member outreach efforts. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the health and well-being of members by implementing population-based interventions, facilitating preventive care efforts, and fostering cross-sector collaboration with healthcare providers and community organizations.

     

    Education And Credentials

     

    Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Licensed Registered Nurse required.

    Experience

    10 years of experience of knowledge of managed care, including understanding of physician and payer perspectives. Strong clinical knowledge base. Proven problem-solving track record with high-level attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Knowledge of quality measures. Knowledge of business, strategic, and environmental issues (internal and external). Proven experience working in risk-based integrated models of care. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams toward timely and efficient care management strategies. Skilled in analysis, measurement, reporting, and planning. Strong critical thinking skills and strong, autonomous self-management.
