Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Job Summary

Step into a one-of-a-kind opportunity at Fanny’s, the cinematic-inspired restaurant located at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. As a Sous Chef with Wolfgang Puck Catering, you’ll help shape an elevated dining experience that blends culinary innovation with the glamour of Hollywood’s golden age.

This is more than just a kitchen-it’s a stage for culinary creativity. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sous Chef ready to lead and inspire a team in delivering exceptional meals and memorable hospitality.

What You'll Do

+ Assist in overseeing all back-of-house operations, including daily food preparation and production.

+ Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and culinary program rollouts.

+ Uphold high standards for food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation.

+ Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls to drive efficiency.

+ Lead, train, and motivate a diverse kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking Fo r

+ At least 5 years of culinary experience, including 1 or more years in a management or leadership role.

+ Background in high-end restaurants, catering, hospitality, or similar foodservice environments.

+ Knowledge of food and industry trends, with strong focus on quality, cost control, and safety.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

+ ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred.

+ Culinary degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred.
