    Description:

    LOCATION - LAVONIA GEORGIA

    A LPN Practical Nurse carries out routine patient care assignments, performs venipuncture, and administers fluids and certain approved drugs intravenously, functions competently as a Primary Nurse, and contributes to the initiation implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process under direct supervision.

    **II. Position Requirements** :

    **Licensure/ Certification /Registration:** Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia. Current BLS

    **B. Education:** Must be a graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.

    **Experience:** Experience Preferred.
