    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate haul units efficiently to transport materials safely within the worksite.

    + Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.

    + Follow all site safety procedures and guidelines, actively contributing to a safe work environment.

    + Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate operations.

    + Adapt to varying weather and job site conditions while maintaining high performance.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to operate haul units safely and efficiently in a production environment.

    + Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational procedures.

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills to support operational success.

    + Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance needs.

    + Adaptability to work in changing conditions while maintaining focus on tasks.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    What We Offer

    + $21.50 to $24.00 per hour.
