Summary:

+ Responsible for ensuring that all healthcare providers are in compliance with the HEDIS measures.

+ This involves reviewing medical records and other documentation to ensure that the required data is being collected and reported accurately.

+ Works closely with healthcare providers to help them identify areas where they can improve their performance and meet the requirements of the HEDIS program.

+ Additionally, responsible for communicating with patients to help them understand the importance of the HEDIS program and how it impacts their healthcare.

+ Ultimately, plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that healthcare providers are held accountable for meeting the standards set by the HEDIS program.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

+ Associate degree in healthcare and 4 years of HEDIS Quality Metrics

+ or high school diploma and 6 years of HEDIS experience in lieu of degree

+ or 8 years insurance and health care data analysis.

+ **Preferred:** Bachelors degree in healthcare and 5 years of HEDIS Quality Metrics and LPN

Status:** **Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours:** **8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Weekend Work:** **Occasional

On Call:** **No
