Senior Project Manager - Information Design

The Senior Project Manager will work on the supporting team of the CCO and be responsible for leading projects including change, conducting impact assessment to facilitate smooth implementation and preparing executive level reports. Successful candidates will also possess data analytics capabilities and knowledge of how to apply them to use cases. This position is hybrid out of Northbrook, IL.
Information Design:
+ Analyze and present data through informative designs
+ Gather information based on a client's design requirements
+ Research, brainstorm and plan before creating a design
+ Translate complex information into information that users can easily read and understand
+ Have multidisciplinary skills in graphic design, writing, instructional design, and user experience
Project Management:
+ Responsible for managing the implementation of large and complex projects.
+ Provides overall leadership and support to project team members.
+ Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
+ Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.
+ Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders and Finance to develop ROI, IRR and other financial measures.
+ Manages stakeholders' communication.
+ Plans the overall project and monitors the progress; performs daily project management throughout the program life cycle.
+ Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
+ May have input into defining the project governance (controls).
+ Manages the projects budget and financial performance.
+ Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
+ Manages and utilizes resources.
+ Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project’s outcome with the aid of the business change manager.
+ Performs other duties as directed.

+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field, PMP certification preferred
+ Minimum (6) years of related experience
+ Ability to develop unique and informative designs for leadership, providing clear graphics to highlight critical components of each executive report.
+ In depth understanding of project management concepts
+ Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.).
+ Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, with senior stakeholder reporting and escalation experience.
+ Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
+ Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
What we offer:
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $86,800 to $110,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
