    ABOUT THIS POSITION

    As the Sr. Director of Analytics + Performance, you will be a key member of the Business Analytics leadership team. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership by delivering actionable insights and enabling them with strategies that drive profitable growth.

     

    Specifically, you will be responsible for leading an analytics team to define success criteria, measure performance, and drive operational insights that will be critical to successfully delivering against target.

     

    The successful candidate will have the ability to transform data into insights, successfully collaborate as part of an analytics community exchanging knowledge, and a rigorous critical thinker with a unique combination of proactiveness, curiosity, and business acumen.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    + Lead, empower, and build a high-performing team of analysts to deliver outstanding results for the organization while driving personal development and growth

    + Partner with senior leadership to drive all aspects of the end-to-end annual planning process, including coverage models, KPI setting, and talent requirements that align with business priorities

    + Define external benchmarks/standards of performance, drive actions and activities that are consistent with predefined success criteria for the organization, and track and report on these activities on a regular basis

    + Administer, manage, and report on KPI performance using forecasting methodologies, drive adoption of tools, reports, and dashboards to all team members

    + Analyze market trends, field intelligence, and survey feedback to anticipate client/prospect needs, including feature, function, and pricing opportunities for growth

    + Ensure market analysis, capacity analysis, predictive analysis, and other internal intelligence are provided to business stakeholders

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    + You live our values with a positive attitude and respect for others

    + Bachelor’s degree or related business experience

    + You have 10+ years of experience working in client operations, marketing operations, or sales operations

    + You have 5+ years of managerial experience leading teams and have a zeal to develop team members to the greatest of their potential

    + You have 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in advanced analytics and the ability to distill complex analyses for management

    + You have great business acumen and exceptional strategic thinking skills balanced with operational execution capabilities; demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    + You are creative with strong critical thinking skills, analytical and process mindset, and attention to detail

    + You have experience building high-quality data models and C-level presentations

    + You have strong presentation skills with the ability to build persuasive and clear presentations

    + You have demonstrated the ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with other leaders throughout the organization to drive success

    + You have a working knowledge of advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.

    + You are a high performer with track record of exceeding performance expectations and metrics

    + You have a working knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce

    + You have experience in a healthcare or tech / software organization

    + You will attend and successfully complete Summit Academy training upon hiring
